3+ years Hands-on people management experience - hiring/firing/raise/promotion responsibilities and managed 5+ engineers previously (leading a larger team under another people manager is not sufficient)
Leading either fullstack team (ideally react) or developer tool products - must be technically strong enough to attract and earn respect of the FAANG level react engineers.
Experience developing and improving React (vs using React) or has led a Fullstack team
This is a org/team builder role (the current team are from FANG level companies and top ranked universities and open source contributors).
Must be very strong in recruiting, team building, and project management and delivery.

Worked at VC funded startups or top ranked University or opensource contributor. Fast moving startups or technology companies that have rapid product releases.
Experience with React / DevTools / Developer Platforms / JS ecosystem, or on a "Platform" team within a 100+ person tech company
Worked on any developer platform tools (example: pager duty, docker, segment), not company internal tools (like helping marketing/sales/support with reports)
