You will create, plan and implement marketing and sales strategy, strategic marketing & sales, business development initiatives, in alignment with global marketing & sales strategy and achieve sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency. You will establish marketing and sales targets, ensure their achievement through regular oversight, definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
You will take responsible for achieving assigned order intake, margin and related objectives for the entire product portfolio, drive evaluation of potential new and existing customers and their needs and lead the team in a proactive post-sales approach with a focus on solutions.
You will be responsible for the product marketing, industry, installed base, segment marketing and strategic and tactical marketing plan to support the relevant organization and oversee market, competitive analysis and market segment definition activities, ensuring the market is monitored by developing and maintaining efficient marketing tools.
You will develop relationships with key customers and other decision makers, responsible for planning and implement customer surveys, analyze and act on the results in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will identify, monitor and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels, evaluate pricing impact on the results, ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for individual sales opportunities, manage ongoing costs.
You will monitor client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams, identify and manage risks relating to contract agreements and prices across customers/channels.
You will oversee the marketing and sales processes, and all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs. You will ensure (with HR Business Partner) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed and coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, drive and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Requirements:
Obtained relevant education qualification, i.e., Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Proven work experience in marketing and sales with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
Having working experiences in service business (service sales) will be specially considered.
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Good knowledge in High Voltage products (function and components).
Knowledge and exposure in Sales process and MS Office.
Understand of sales performance metrics.
Business acumen with problem-solving attitude and leadership skill.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written, negotiation skill, influencing skills.
