The primary responsibility of the role will be to input and manage data in our company's various databases and systems. Responsibilities:
Input, verify, and maintain accurate and detailed data into company database systems Handle confidential data with confidentiality and discretion Ensure all data entries adhere to established company policies and procedures Regularly perform data quality checks to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors Liaise and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient data management Produce routine and ad-hoc reports as needed Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Demonstrated experience in data entry and management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
