Your missions

Workoo is looking for qualified people to perform customer service tasks in online sales companies. Customers are distributed in more than 4,000 points of sale in 105 countries, with 102 boutiques in fashion capitals such as New York, London, Milan, Paris and Shanghai. Key tasks will be:

-Assist customers and sales representatives with all questions and concerns via phone and email.

-Respond to phone calls to assist customers calling with questions.

-Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer complaint, provide the best solution to resolve the issue, expedite correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution. To do this, the person hired will need to work closely with our logistics, accounting, production and sales team.

-Provide customers with timely and accurate information, order status, and product knowledge inquiries

-Follow up on any issues until they are fully resolved

Requirements:

-At least 6 months working experience in B2B Customer Service.

- Proficiency in basic English, additional language will be an asset.

-High communication and customer-facing skills.

-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package, preferably Excel and Word.

-Team player, enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented.

-Practical mindset and proactive attitude towards work.

-Advanced problem solving and multitasking skills.

-Friendly and professional manner and courtesy in dealing with customers over the phone is required.
