Paper & Board Sales Executive

Remote Position - Based in Mexico | Position Code: MEX - 0323

VIPA is a European multinational company, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a rapidly expanding Paper and Board Division and a leading position in the global recycling and recovered material trading. As our business is growing, we want to expand our team in Mexico and wish to employ an experienced Sales Executive for our our Paper & Board Division located in the area of Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Trading of paper and board products

  • Research and identify new market opportunities in the local market

  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish communication and set up meetings

  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients

  • Negotiating with clients and suppliers to secure the most attractive prices

  • Managing customer relationships

  • Following up on the import/export operations

  • Analyse sales, marketing, finance, and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth

The ideal candidate

  • Experience in the Paper and Pulp industry

  • Proficient in English language

  • Ability to develop relationships with current and potential clients

  • Strong communication, B2B sales and presentation skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise projects

  • Availability to travel within the country for meetings with current and potential clients
