Overview:
The Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components) plays a crucial role in our organization by leading the development and customization of Salesforce applications to meet the needs of our clients. This role is essential in ensuring the effective implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions, driving business processes, and enhancing user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce LWC solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Customize and maintain Lightning web components to enhance user interface and experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs.
  • Write custom Apex code and SOQL queries to create complex business logic.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues in Salesforce LWC applications.
  • Develop and maintain Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
  • Configure and customize standard and custom Salesforce objects and fields.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project team members and end users.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and new features.
  • Create technical documentation for Salesforce LWC solutions and integrations.
  • Participate in ongoing Salesforce training and certifications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for Salesforce development processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Salesforce technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
