At HKR, we took out our map 🗺️ and compass 🧭 and we’re currently on the lookout for new talented people in Republica Moldova to join our team in the shoes of a Customer Support Agent and assist our partner in the US. 🇺🇸 You will provide exceptional customer support by answering support tickets, answering customer support calls, writing knowledge base articles, setting up customer calls for CSMs, and ad hoc special projects as determined by their manager. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues.

What you'll be doing?
  • 🔸 You'll enter customer information into our client's system with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy;
  • 🔸 You will Support the sales team by coordinating with other departments to request art proofs and assisting in the back-end of sales processes;
  • 🔸 You'll track and monitor the various stages of sales development, assisting sales representatives in maintaining centralized and organized records;
  • 🔸 You will aid in order completion by guiding customers through the online checkout process and adding finished items to their carts;
  • 🔸 You will review and verify data for any errors or deficiencies, promptly correcting any issues and ensuring overall accuracy;
  • 🔸 You will assist the Account Managers with data entry and analysis tasks to expedite the sales process;
  • 🔸 You'll respond to inbound requests, including information inquiries and sales leads, in a timely and professional manner via email;
  • 🔸You will apply comprehensive knowledge of our products' capabilities and limitations to ensure accurate and satisfactory orders.

  • About you
  • 💪🏼 You come with at least 1 year of past experience in online order entry or customer support roles;
  • 💪🏼 You have excellent communication skills, especially in English - we are looking for someone proficient, with at least C1 level, both written and spoken;
  • 💪🏼 As we don't have a legal entity in Republica Moldova yet, we are looking to hire exclusively through a B2B type of collab, so you need to have a SRL;
  • 💪🏼 You have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and online collaboration tools;
  • 💪🏼 You are reliable and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing high volumes of tasks and inquiries, including order processing;
  • 💪🏼 You have strong people skills and a knack for problem-solving;
  • 💪🏼 You come with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • 💪🏼 You have experience in using a CRM system or similar tool to manage customer interactions;
  • 💪🏼 You are fun, optimistic, have a good laugh and at thе same time give it your best professional self.
