Social Media Marketing Manager | Cuberfy

Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms.
    • Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including text, image, and video, for social media channels.
    • Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behaviour, and competition to optimize content and campaigns.
    • Manage and schedule posts, responding to comments and messages promptly.
    • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing ROI and CTR.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
    • Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to enhance the brand's online presence.
    • Generate reports on the performance of social media campaigns, offering insights and recommendations.
    • Continuously innovate and explore new tools and features to improve social media strategies.
Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
    • Strong creative and content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing.
    • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.
    • Excellent analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
    • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrable experience in paid advertising on social platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
