Position Title: Technical Support & Success Engineer

Career Level: Entry-Intermediate

Required Experience: 0-3+ years of Technical Support experience.

Working Hours: Full time.

Required Degree: Bachelors or equivalent experience.

Proxidize is looking for a skilled technical support engineer to join us in a full-time position. We are a rapidly-growing multinational technology startup, with a clientele that varies from boutique companies to Fortune 500s.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience in B2B technical support & success ops.
  2. Understanding of ticketing systems and SLAs.
  3. A good understanding of networking basics. (IPs, packets, CIDR, IPV4/IPV6, etc.)
  4. Be a flexible and industrious generalist who's competitive, proactive, and a quick learner.
  5. Be fluent in English with good communication skills.
  6. Be willing to travel or relocate as required.

Responsibilities:

  1. You will be a member of the product team and will report to the Proxidize lead success engineer.
  2. Take over technical support for your shift.
  3. Customer onboarding & customer success.
  4. Help users with technical issues and report on every issue.
  5. Help users with pre-sale & post-sale queries.
  6. Document all issues.
  7. Assist anywhere needed to achieve company objectives.
