Your missions

Position: Solar Solutions Sales Manager

Location: Remote, UK

Salary: Up to 60,000 GBP per annum base and up to 30,000 GBP per annum bonus.

Company: Start-up brand who manufactures PV systems and have  installed capacity of over 25GW across 40+ countries. They offer a range a wholistic equipment solutions which are ideal for utility and commercial scale projects. After achieving early success and with over 20+ GW of awarded tenders they are now in search for a Sales Manager who will take charge of growing the brand and client portfolio across UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies for market growth and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the UK PV sector, focusing on acquiring Commercial Scale, Utility Scale, and Distributor clients.
  • Proactively identifying and seizing new business opportunities to stimulate expansion.
  • Establishing and nurturing enduring relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Engaging in frequent business travel to personally engage with existing and potential clients across the region, introducing innovative products and solutions.
  • Collaborating with developers, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and site-specific construction providers to create cost-effective solutions for presentation to clients.
  • Crafting and executing strategic business plans to broaden the company's customer base and boost revenue.
  • Providing comprehensive reports on sales activities, including records of sales, revenue, and expenses.

 Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in fields related to business, electrical engineering, power, or related disciplines.
  • 3 to 4 years of B2B experience of selling one or more of the following products: Solar Panels, Solar Cells, PV Battery , Storage solutions, mounting systems or Solar Trackers.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the identification and delivery of tailored solutions to diverse customer requirements.
