- Supervise daily operations of agro-tourism farm, construction company, and farm in Colombia. Manage accounting tasks, insurance audits, personnel hiring. Oversee basic farm operations, understand Colombian accounting standards, ensure profitability. Control and review all finances to sustain farm viability. Coordinate rentals, short-term expenses, events, travel planning, email handling, and staff management.
