University degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, Experience in a similar position, preferably with multi-country operations and diverse currencies and accounting systems, Deep understanding of accounting and financial standards, tax regulations, and compliance practices in different countries, Skills in accounting software, financial analysis tools, leadership, communication, and interpersonal relationships.
Key responsabilities:
- Serve as the financial business partner to the General Manager, providing strategic decision-making support and anticipating contingencies
- Lead administrative and financial activities across multiple countries, including accounting, treasury management, tax compliance, and vendor/supplier relationships
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and business partners while overseeing contract and commercial agreement compliance
- Design internal control systems for effective resource utilization and cost savings
