Strategic Business Development Manager - Commercial construction projects

The Role

We are working with a leading global blue-chip manufacturer of waterproofing solutions / products.  They have a new exciting Strategic Business Development role within their refurb division.  This is a field / home based role covering the South of the country.  As Business Business Development Manager you will be tasked with identifying end-user and local authority commercial refurb projects.  Specifically, you will be conversing at head office level from Director C- level through to Senior Partners, Head of Property, Surveyors Facilities Managers and Senior Partners.

The Candidate

  • We are looking for a candidate that has sold into commercial end users at head office level with credible solid track record.
  • Experience selling into Head of Property, Senior Partners, Directors, Facilities Managers is of interest and we would welcome your application.

The Package

  • up to £55,000 negotiable basic
  • 20% OTE
