Job description

Job Description: 3+ Years' Experience.


The incumbents will need strong developed organizational skills, the ability to work in a production environment, and the ability to communicate with team members and leadership clearly and efficiently.


Must be able to identify and understand the importance of confidential information (PHI/PII/HIPAA), and the consequences of data breaches.


Must have strong skills in typing and Microsoft Office programs., and the ability to retrieve, examine, and input information into the update records is required.


Must have previous customer service and phone experience.


Innovative thinking and drive for results.


Ability to interface with a culturally diverse population.


Comfortable learning and working in a virtual environment (work from home).


Proven ability to successfully complete distance learning (webinars, online, E-Learning).


Work experience in a Quality/Production driven environment.


Capability to navigate concurrently between multiple software systems with relative ease.


Working knowledge of basic computer functions including internet research and email communication.


Experience performing duties that are detailed in nature, exposure to health care, health insurance, medical information, and direct service experience is preferred.


Proven time and organizational management skills.


Exposure to project management and supervision is helpful.


Must be able to type 40+ WPM Additional Skills: Enrolls subscribers and dependents for all business in a timely manner to meet the corporate objective of the issuance of timely and accurate ID cards. Processes terminations, coverage level changes, and other forms of subsequent enrollment activities for both paper and automated enrollment accounts. Resolves enrollment errors and reports in accordance with corporate guidelines. If account installation and enrollment are integrated, performs basic account installation functions, including review of group setup documentation, simple group structure setup, and coding on enrollment system.
