Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 3 years working in a professional capacity either for yourself or for a professional company
  • Familiar with basic functionality of social media apps (Facebook & LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication skills both on phone and Zoom

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in weekly training & development streams via Zoom
  • Flexible working hours, You choose when you work (as an independent agent you can opt to work anywhere around the globe at the hours that suit you and your schedule).
  • Generate leads via social media (We teach you how to do this)
  • Call candidates and guide them through a structured interview process (training & scripts provided)
  • All work is done on your laptop and phone (100% work from anywhere in the world!)
