Area: North West

The Company

Our client are a high-spec UK manufacturer of interior aesthetic products and have an incomparable reputation with the A&D community. Their design led portfolio of specialist interiors are specified predominantly in new commercial buildings such as offices, luxury apartments, hospitality and Healthcare. This manufacturer have organically grown over several decades and have operations internationally with an impressive turnover c-£120m. With a commitment to design-led innovation coupled with durability and sustainability there is no surprise that this organisation have market leading status. A strong emphasis on service, has resulted in long term excellent partnerships with A&D specifiers, contractors & developers. They have the edge over their competitors with no stock issues, quick lead times and excellent value. Due to growth, our client are looking for an A&D Specification Manager in the North West

The Role of A&D Specification Manager

This is a field / home based A&D Specification Manager role. As A&D Specification Manager you will be promoting and specifying the companies' elite range of premium interior products to the A&D community. Commercial projects will include Offices, Healthcare, & Hospitality. The Successful A&D Specification Manager will deal with design practices, project managers, architects, interior designers, flooring contractors, developers as well as end-users. As A&D Specification Manager you will have a strong pipeline and work on some of the UK's most exciting commercial projects.

The Candidate

  • Our client are looking for experience with A&D specifiers (architects / interior designers)
  • If you have a solid track record of specifying interior products we would be keen to hear from you
  • This high-end brand are looking for a candidate that is polished and well presented
  • Previous experience as a Specification Sales Manager (A&D)

The Package

  • up to £53,000 basic
  • £25,000 OTE
  • Company car - generous choice
  • Option to buy & sell holiday (25 days plus stats)
