Field Sales Representative (Field Sales) - workwear / service contracts

Area: BRISTOL and surrounding areas

The Role of Field Sales Representative 

  • This a field / home based role. As Field Sales Represented, you will sell contracted services to a range of SME and Corporate businesses. You will target a multitude of sectors including Hospitality / HoReCa, Industrial, Trade / Retail, Health and Social Care.
  • This is a business development manager/ new business /territory sales position where you will self-generate your own appointments. You will be supported by an internal Telesales department who will provide you with leads.
  • You will deal with all levels of decision makers that are typically Owners and Managers.
  • This is a consultative sell - you will sell service contracts that are typically 2-3 year in length.
  • This is a 100% new business development manager role with (no account management)

  • This is an ENTRY LEVEL Field Sales NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLE
  • You must be hungry to earn bonus / commission and a natural relationship builder
  • You will need to be comfortable cold-calling, prospecting both face to face and by telephone
  • You will need to be thick skinned, tenacious, resilient and competitive
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a telesales, door to door sales person, B2C sales person that wants to step into a B2B environment with a market leader


The Package on offer for the Field Sales Representative 

  • £25,000 - £28,000 
  • OTE circa £23k-£30k uncapped
