Area Sales Manager

Area - South West - NP CF HR WR GL OX RG SO PO BH DT SN BA BS TA EX TQ PL TR

The Role of Area Sales Manager

  • This is a field / home based role covering the South West.
  • Identifying commercial projects e.g. with office blocks, apartments, hotels etc
  • Selling our client's range of building plastics into M&E contractors (75%) project tracking & (25%) into merchants such as BSS, Wolseley, Ashworths Pipe Center, Drain Center
  • As Area Sales Manager, you will deal with all levels of decision maker from Contracts Manager, Design Engineers through to Owners
  • The focus of this role is to demand generate and track projects from start to finish with the M&E contractor
  • You will collaborate with your counterpart on the specification team

The Candidate

  • It is advantageous if you have sold plumbing or heating products into M&E contractors or consultants
  • You may have come from a manufacturer or distributor looking to take the next step with a leading manufacturer
  • Excellent construction sales candidates are welcome to apply
