Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced "Social Media Manager" for a Leading Hair and Skin Care Product Group. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our social media following.

The position will be based in Beirut (covering the region).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage and execute the company's social media accounts on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop and create engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Monitor the comments and messages across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, public relations, and customer service, to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
  • Analyze social media data and provide regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Manage and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and creating ad creatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into social media strategies.
  • Manage social media crisis communication and ensure that the brand's reputation is protected.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and partners to expand the company's reach and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in GCC and USA markets
  • Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
