Role and Responsibilities:
Analyze and model the business domain to create comprehensive work flows and technical requirements fulfilled by the software.
Work on small-scale projects or specific segments of larger projects.
Define business problems and primary objectives for new projects, identifying and validating key business requirements.
Create and document functional requirements (use cases) and non-functional requirements.
Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, ensuring accurate portrayal of specific business needs.
Inspect and monitor software development progress to guarantee alignment with marketing/user requirements.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop business and technical requirements.
Identify approaches to enhance the usability, performance, and integrity of the software.
Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. 2-5 years of relevant experience in Software Development/Business Analysis. Proficiency in verbal and written English communication. Critical thinking skills, commitment, and innovation. Experience in defining, translating, and simplifying business requirements.
