Job description

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Produktbereich Logistics Consulting & Management an unserem Standort in Essen einen kaufmännischen Projektmanager (m/w/d).  

DARAUF HAST DU LUST

  • Kaufmännische Betreuung von Projekten im Bereich regenerative Energien
  • Kaufmännische Vertragsprüfung und -verwaltung
  • Projektabrechnung (Einzelrechnungen, kumulierte Abschlagsrechnungen) in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden und Projektmanager
  • Projektcontrolling inkl. Nachkalkulation
  • Durchführung von und Mitwirkung bei kostenrechnerischen Monats- sowie Jahresabschlüssen
  • Nachtrags- und Forderungsmanagement inkl. Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Aufmaßerstellung bzw. Leistungsfeststellung
  • Kreditorische Rechnungsprüfung und Kontierung
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten/Nachunternehmern bei kaufmännischen Themen

DAS WÜNSCHEN WIR UNS

  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise hast Du erste Erfahrungen im Projektgeschäft
  • Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Organisations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen, Eigeninitiative sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Kenntnisse in RIB iTWO 4.0 und SAP sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office runden Dein Profil ab
