Your Contribution

You will Research and Implement Programs and Applications to

• Deliver an empowered and performing Tribe, in line with our Mindset.
• Deliver Industrial Design framework to protect and reward our Shareholders (Employee Ownership/ESG/B Corp)
• Deliver Industrial Design Services Innovative Design Concept Execution; Design Concept, Consumer, and Trend Research; Design Style Guides, Library, and Template Execution; Service Delivery Compliance; Quality, Time and, Cost Compliance to Empower Brands and Shared Services
• Deliver digital insights through Analytical and Productivity Tools
• Deliver SLAs, Policies, Guidelines, and Templates to enable collaboration and accountability.

• Servant Leadership experience, in line with our Purpose and Values
• 3-year Strategic Leadership experience in a global, multicultural, and matrix organization
• 3-year Digital Experience in line with our agile Mindset and data insight focus
• Preferably with work experience in Consumer Electronics or Consumer Products
