Key responsabilities:
- Prepare and maintain electronic interfaces using Excel
- Generate customer-specific overviews in Excel
- Central data maintenance of supplier and customer base, along with archiving documents
- Handle invoicing, billing, and assist in projects for internal organization and process optimization
