Your missions

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Solutions Consultant. You will leverage your past experience in the Consumer Products or related industry to support the deployment of advanced AI-based tools to optimize key elements of Revenue Growth Management (Pricing, Promotions, Assortment and Space). You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Pricing to guide the customer to follow industry best practices. Working closely with our customers, you will lead our project team to conduct business discovery to learn the customer’s current business processes, help define a future state way of working with advanced AI-based tools, conduct testing and training to drive knowledge transfer and user adoption. You will also work collaboratively with our project manager, technical experts and machine learning scientists to ensure their complete understanding of the customer’s business requirements.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business discovery and document learning and findings
  • Communicate business configuration requirements to our technical and science resources
  • Validate data and business inputs to ensure accuracy of inputs
  • Lead customer sessions to demonstrate progress and validate assumptions
  • Lead internal system testing and User Acceptance testing
  • Lead power user training and support them in end user training
  • Identify future requirements that can help drive customer success
  • Serve as the customer’s trusted advisor on best industry practice
  • Support sales and business development needs as a subject matter expert
  • Leveraging your industry knowledge, contribute to Insite AI’s thought leadership position on white papers, blogs, webinars, etc
Software Project Manager Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience category management or sales within a Consumer Packaged Goods
  • Experience with syndicated and industry data sources
  • Experience selling and/or implementing Revenue Growth Management SaaS or Cloud-base solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience with advanced analytical solutions
  • Management consulting experience in a related field is desirable
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
