Position Summary**
The HSE Field Specialist - Telecom will work with the safety team on evaluating and auditing the Pearce Services training program and safety regulations. Assist with implementing programs that will comply with Pearce Services training standards and safety regulations set by OSHA, our company, and site/project client requirements. **
DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide overall leadership, professional knowledge, and expertise in support of Health and Safety processes for all aspects to include regulatory agency compliance.
- Travel and perform training on various platforms to evaluate/confirm technician expertise.
- Climb Telecom platforms to observe, audit, and inspect work being performed.
- Review quality, personal protective equipment (PPE), rescue gear and vehicle inspections
- Coordinate site safety audits/assessments with the HSE Manager and provide a monthly review which includes positive findings and opportunities with the associated Service Line(s) Management Team.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time nationally.

EXPERIENCE And QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety roles in the telecom (tower) industry.
- Must be field-ready and possess certifications for the following: OSHA 30 and Tower Rescue Certified.
- Must have a working knowledge of
- HVAC servicing
- Battery storage systems
- Confined space entry requirements
- Lock out/Tag out procedures
- Mobile Equipment Working Platforms (Aerial and Scissor Lifts)
