What will you be doingOur Support Engineers are experts with technical knowledge and excellent communication skills who can help our customers worldwide—no telephone assistants working according to a tight script. If you are looking for a job in a call center chatting on the phone, you’ve come to the wrong place. Typically, we assist our clients via email. Because who codes via phone?
You will be based in Australia , close to our APAC clients. Most of our colleagues are in Sydney. We support remote working culture and you will primarily work from home.
Our Support Specialists, Solution Architects, and Developers will always be there for you to help you resolve issue - you’ll be in close touch at all times. In return, you can give them valuable customer feedback. We do like to see experience with C# and MVC though.
You’ll get to know the product from A to Z, which will speed up both your professional and career growth. You will have the opportunity to apply for all kinds of certifications—just take your pick.

Is it you?
To manage your day-to-day tasks successfully, you’ll need at least some knowledge of: - C# , .NET framework, .NET Core , and the MVC software design pattern - HTML , CSS , and JavaScript - MS SQL - Software debugging and troubleshooting experience
