Job Overview

Our program helps participants avoid nursing homes and instead, receive the care and services necessary to help them stay safe, comfortable, and healthy living in their own home.

Collaborative medical environment: Be part of an 11 member interdisciplinary team all under one roof in order to provide the best holistic care to our frail elderly population.


This position facilitates development and rehabilitation of patients with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy.

Minimum Requirements

1. Occupational Therapist license issued by the State of California Occupational Therapy Board coupled with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with the frail elderly (Geriatric) and disabled populations required.

2. Current BLS certification also required.

3. Bilingual English/Spanish/Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.

4. Post-professional education and training in Physical Agent Modality preferred
