Job Description

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Procurement Analyst with Italian!

As a Procurement Analyst you will be responsible for production launch planning for a large car manufacturer, you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that orders are delivered on time according to needs and factory stock levels.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Ensure communication between Alten teams and plants;
  • Maintain communication with suppliers and ensure that orders are delivered in a timely manner according to plant needs;
  • Collaboration with all involved teams for production launch planning.
  • Using various tools to check the status of the process and the reasons for changes.
  • Animating and managing meetings from start to finish;
  • Write minutes and summaries of meetings with customers/suppliers.

Qualifications

Required skills:

  • University degree;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP;
  • Fluency in Italian and English languages, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
