Dexis is looking to build a roster of qualified evaluation consultants with experience conducting evaluations and assessments of democracy, rights, and governance (DRG) activities and programs for USAID, as well as regional or country-specific experience in geographic areas where USAID works. These consultants may be contacted on an as-needed basis for ongoing USAID opportunities as part of the DRG LER III activity, of which Dexis is a consortium member. The DRG LER III contract has three objectives:
