We are seeking a full-time Client Partner to support the growth of our East region (Southeast) at Egen, with a preference for candidates who are local to Atlanta or nearby.
Responsibilities:The Client Partner will maintain a high level of knowledge about specific Egen solutions and will be tasked with individual sales objectivesServe as the customers’ trusted partner and single point of contact for Egen servicesBuilds relationships directly with customers and identifies opportunities for engagement with services and solutionsLeads the scoping service projects and quickly drafts statements of workAccountability to see both our customers and our Egen delivery teams succeedBuilds relationships with the relevant channel partner account teams to establish mutual success plans and grow the account valueAligns with channel partner account teams to support opportunities in the assigned territory for the implementation of Egen solutions and servicesWorks with Egen marketing to develop the customer success stories, account-based marketing plans, and other content that helps grow Egen’s businessWorks with Egen business development and marketing teams to qualify new opportunities and drive net new business to EgenUnderstanding of cloud-based solutions and, generally, technical solutions in analytics, data architecture, and cloud-based applicationsP&L management and ownership of accounts, including account strategy developmentRequired Qualifications:Previous sales experience with any public cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.)Experience consulting customers with a focus on cloud and data solutionsExperience selling to prior Fortune 1,000 and/or Fortune 500 client(s)Prior relationships in the cloud ecosystem and/or strong relationships with a cloud service provider (CSP)Minimum of 6 years of prior experience in sales of technology services and/or solutionsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but will consider relevant experience as an equivalentGood understanding of enterprise cloud adoption lifecycleAbility to establish long-term relationships with key customer contactsProven track record of exceeding sales targetsAbility to establish credibility with key decision makers and IT leadershipExperience with Salesforce.com, financial based selling, and forecasting sales and revenueC Level, VP and Director level relationships at key customer contactsDemonstrated examples of cross-functional leadership in a technical role or related technical sales experienceLocation:
This role is open to candidates located in the United States who do not need sponsorship of a work visa and are ideally located in the Eastern time zone. Remote work is available to most of our employees, but some roles may require travel depending upon the level of client facing required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Egen is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, Client Partners are paid a base salary plus an incentive plan based on achieving revenue targets within their account portfolio. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time. Egen also assists its employees in their work and life.
