  • You have knowledge of recruiting platforms (Linkedin etc);
  • You have experience of working remotely;
  • You have excellent written communication skills in English;
  • You have experience of working with modern recruiting programs and tools;
  • You are a results-oriented person;
  • You have natural ability to make things happen and get stuff done.

Your tasks will include:

  • Interact with potential candidates on social and professional networks;
  • Identify profiles of qualified candidates using various search methods;
  • Develop new search channels for future recruitment needs;
  • Maintain a database of candidates;
  • Communicate with candidates, organize interviews;
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and work cooperatively with them;
  • Provide reporting.
