Head of Staff in Technology

In this role, you will be one of the closest collaborators of the CTO of a multinational, growing company as a Head of Staff in Technology. We have built one of the most well-recognized and appreciated Paczkomat® (Locker) last mile experiences in Poland, with millions of people using them weekly, and we are not stopping there. Our next step is conquering the international European market and scaling our Paczkomat® (Locker) installations and growth across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with the CTO staff including directors and senior directors to execute on the strategic global roadmap and operational excellence.
• Follow up on tasks, decisions, and alignments to make sure these are operationally implemented efficiently by the teams.
• Be a part of the core communications group that keeps the organization informed and engaged across countries and disciplines.
• Help the technology organization operate in a certain rhythm of business through iterative or regular activities: OKRs, Strategic Roadmap Processes, Budgeting, and more.
• Enable the CTO and her team by gathering and providing data, insights, and observations.

• You come from a technical background, or you have built foundational technology understanding through your career.
• You are enthusiastic about technology and a lifetime learner.
• You have at least 10 years of industry experience in roles such as Chief of Staff in a tech-related business, engineering manager, product manager, IT consultant, senior analyst or technical program/project manager,
• You have a project or program management experience.
• You have led individuals and teams.
• You worked in multinational distributed environments.
• You speak and write English fluently and confidently.
• You can prepare presentations and briefings for senior leadership and strategy sessions.
• You love dealing with details, not dropping issues from the radar and following up.
• You want to learn more about technology, leadership, and organizational execution.
• Basic SQL skills, good with tools like Excel, Air Table, and number crunching
