What are we looking for?**

For our specialized team, we are looking for a SAP HCM PY Spanish Consultant, working 100% remote, from Spain.

Day-to-day Activities

Capture the requirements, help the client to express needs, collect and analyze them.
Bring best practices from previous experiences, ensure that standard SAP processes are used.
Support the incident team with the resolution of complex issues.
Write clear functional specifications.
Support the business for change management.
Communicate clearly to the different key users and stakeholders.

_Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).

_ Work location : 100% remote, within Spain.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00

Essential Requirements

At least 4-5 full years of SAP HCM experience, with experience in Spanish PY.
Expert in Organizational Management, Personal Administration modules.
Expert in Spanish payroll – full scope including Tax Estimation (IRPF), ALE posting, bank file with SEPA, legal reports (CRA, Cret@, M190), accruals.
Negative Time Management
Experienced in application maintenance, familiarized with SLA/KPI metrics.
Experienced in projects methodology (BBP, implementation, testing, documentation and go-live).
Fluent in English (C1)
Soft skills: communication and user management, self-management and self-organized.

Desiderable Requirements

Experienced in positive Time Management or other HCM modules.
Other languages: Spanish
