The credit team plays an important and strategic role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, as well as developing relationships with Ford/Lincoln dealers. NOTE: Although this is a remote Bilingual (French/English) Account Maintenance Customer Services Rep position - there is a requirement to attend the training in person, located in Edmonton, AB (minimum of 5 weeks). In order to be eligible for this position you must reside in the Edmonton area.**

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Collect past due payments on Ford Credit vehicle contracts.
  • Maintain a high call productivity (answer inbound/place outbound calls).
  • Provide superior customer satisfaction with each customer contact.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a positive professional manner.
  • Creativity in locating debtors.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Collection experience preferred.
  • Strong oral communication skills with an ability to convey challenging messages to all customer types.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and is well organized.
  • Proficient computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Decision-making and negotiation ability.
  • Independent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours/shifts.
  • Bilingual (French/ English).

Additional Information:

  • Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule during our hours of operation, which include Monday – Thursday from 6:00 am – 8:00 pm MST, Friday from 6:00 am – 5:00 pm MST and Saturday from 7:00 am – 1:00 pm MST.
