Responsibilities**

  • This candidate will design, deliver and assess all new business and product training material for the purpose of introducing new electronic forms based platform.
  • This role will require to co-create, facilitate, and constantly enhance training series for financial professionals, managers, including variations based on management level i.e. District Managers
  • Strong emphasis on building a culture of excellence that reflects our values and business principles.
  • The ability to lead small group discussions and facilitate sessions jointly with Field Leaders, demonstrating a deep understanding of the new business and product process, how financial professional use forms based technology to date and communicate solutions.
  • Track and measure the impact of all training sessions across all Complexes.

The base salary range for this position is $54,000 - $81,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications**

  • 3 to 5 years of corporate training experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualified individual must have a strong knowledge of product features.
  • Ability to handle all inquiries with tact and poise while conveying a sense of understanding and urgency.
  • Strong technical aptitude and customer service acumen.
  • Exceptional live meeting facilitation skills, with the passion and energy to deliver several virtual workshops each week

Knowledge of Product Line: Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategies.

Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.

Relationship Building: Knowledge of the importance of creating positive relationships within the team and ability to develop trusting relationships by valuing others' concerns and contributions.
