You Are**

UST is searching for a Technical Writer with compliance analysis experience. With your extensive experience in Technical Writing, you will contribute to the success of our projects and help drive innovation. **

The Opportunity**

• Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options, optimizing application development, maintenance, and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions, accounting for others' developmental activities
• Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
• Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
• Validate results with user representatives; integrate and commission the overall solution
• Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguration of existing components or creating your own solutions
• Optimises efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Influence and improve customer satisfaction
• Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback on FAST goals of team members

What You Need

• Technical writer with High Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficient as a Technical writer and a compliance analyst.
• Minimum of 5 years exp in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Operational excellence in Excel, and Access is a must
• We are not looking for pure IT business analysts/scrum masters.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below. **

Role Location: Remote

Compensation:** $73,000 - $109,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options. **
