What are we looking for?**

We’re looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and coordination assistance to the teams. The perfect candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience. This is a full remote position and for one of our most important clients of the banking sector in an international project. **

• Ensuring BPM Squads are aligned to Product priorities
• Ensuring Technical, Solution, Security and Data Architecture approvals with support from E2E IT team if/when required.
• Providing release estimation based on current requirements and velocity of the team, calculate the targeted Go Live date alongside BPM Cross team

Mandatory Skills

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks concurrently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experienced in Appian deliveries and an expert in software engineering and cloud
• Strong understanding of Operations processes
• Proven experience in multiple aspects of Project Delivery/Management using Agile Frameworks
• Strong communication and organisation skills, at both technical and business level
• Ability to define design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release support in an agile development environment
• Experience at executing engineering and release priorities successfully through strong leadership and communication

Skill Desirable

• Financial Services industry experience
• Some Spanish knowledge
