What you will be doing:

Originate new deals, ambitiously pursuing new accounts

Building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.

Executing and managing OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc)

Providing market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to clients.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.

Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and expand our OTC trading business.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Who are we looking for:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/ trading within the payment industry or financial services industry preferably

Strong network of clients for on/off ramp service and/or block trading activities.

Proven track record in building and managing client relationships.

Possess knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to speak local language in Middle East is highly desired. Fluency in English is required.
