Myriad Genetics discovers, develops, and commercializes molecular genetic tests that determine the risk developing disease, assess disease progression, and guide treatment decisions in Oncology, Women’s Health, and Mental Health. We are seeking a Vice-President of Sales for our Myriad Women’s Health (MWH) team to plan and direct all aspects of MWH sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. This VP of Sales will develop a sales plan to help fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of the MWH product portfolio, while focusing on the needs of patients and providers. In addition, this executive sales leader will manage all aspects of the commercial sales function including strategic account development and technology integration teams, and overall multi-level sales organization.

About The VP, Sales, MWH**

  • A demonstrated history of regularly achieving significant revenue and growth targets within the healthcare vertical.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing a large team of sales professionals.
  • Successful experience utilizing a CRM and other technology platforms and tools to facilitate efficiency and productivity of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to coach sales managers and representatives to higher level of performance and maximizing their potential.
  • Skilled at planning (strategic sales plan) and managing MWH revenue and profit forecast.
  • Skilled at building rapport and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers.
  • DNA: Driven, energetic; Sense of urgency; Competitive and curious nature; Commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Current level of responsibility equal to this role, or higher
  • Experience within Biotech, Medical Devices, or Diagnostics strongly desired
  • Consumer experience a plus
  • Experience managing large sales teams including strategic accounts and technology integration
  • Experience in complex, matrixed organization
