What You'll Do**

As an Analytics Engineer you will be a driving force in transforming raw data into meaningful insights through robust technical solutions. Your role will encompass designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines, reports, and visualizations that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand complex data requirements, architect innovative solutions, and ensure the seamless flow of data for accurate and efficient analysis. **

Responsibilities**

Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into data warehouses.

Construct and manage data models to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency for analytical purposes.

Create interactive and insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations using cutting-edge BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase or similar.

Optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and efficiency, ensuring data availability for timely decision-making.

Collaborate with data engineers and database administrators to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure data infrastructure.

Provide expertise in data architecture, suggesting enhancements and best practices for data storage and retrieval.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging BI technologies, and data management practices. **

Requirements**

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.

2+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and working with relational databases (SQL, etc.).

Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or comparable platforms.

Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or others for data manipulation and transformation.

Comprehensive understanding of data modeling, data normalization, and optimization techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). **

Bonus Points**

Professional certifications in relevant BI and data engineering technologies (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.).

Experience designing and implementing data solutions for large-scale datasets and complex analytics scenarios.

Familiarity with data governance, data security, compliance practices, and industry regulations.

Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics concepts.

Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities related to business intelligence or data engineering. **
