Job description

Job requirements

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Active search for Candidates in social media (Linkedin, Facebook and others) and internal database / CRM / ATS system
  • Analysis of Candidate profiles in terms of defined requirements
  • Editing advertisements and creating simple graphics
  • Support for the Talent Acquisition Team in professional communication with the Candidate
  • There will also be others in the area of e.g. employer branding 😉


We are looking for a person who:

  • He already has the first experience in recruiting and searching (minimum six months) for Candidates in the IT industry and wants to explore its secrets
  • Has basic knowledge of IT (knows what Java and JavaScript are and knows the difference 😉)
  • She is conscientious and has a certain amount of patience (search can be demanding 😉)
  • It is focused on development and learning
  • He has a minimum command of English at B2 level
