What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Solution Designer , working close to one of our main clients. **

Main Tasks And Accountabilities Will Be**

• Support business requirements workshops, leading on the technical discovery, clarifying and guiding requirements solicitation
• Background in translating process mapping user stories and requirements
• Work closely with Business Analysts to understand future state business processes, ensuring appropriate user story coverage
• Drive the correct story structure and story size
• Ensure the relevant artefacts are present to enable solution design and accurate estimation
• Define and drive the client acceptance testing process to identify required changes and communicate changes to the development
• Represent user stories and solution design in team estimation sessions, supplying enough detail to enable an estimation targeting +/- 10%
• Conduct functional reviews of developed stories to ensure they meet the business needs prior to passing to QA
• Act as the single point of contact for QA for your assigned stories, triaging and prioritising bugs for review buy the Product Owner
• Deliver a set of Solution Design Documents, working with the technical team to support on the child Technical Design Documents
• Organizational and time management skills, needs to be also autonomous and have leadership to work with product owner with the aim of absorb and model the product and report via user story

• Experience in designing declarative and programmatic solutions
• Experience in BPM (specially Appian)
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with senior stakeholder and communicate complex issues in a simple way
• Previous experience using collaborative and knowledge share tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Teams
• Experience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Good understanding of technical design and delivery
• Strong understanding of Operations processes
• Good english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams
