About The Role**

Our team focuses on providing both buy side and sell side due diligence to private equity groups and companies across a variety of industries located throughout the U.S. We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, self-starter to support our growing practice needs through the execution of administrative tasks, projects and data metrics analyses. Your work will contribute to the overall growth of our practice and daily operations of our team. **

Responsibilities**

  • Support the Transaction Advisory Services practice and delivery teams through efficient and timely execution of tasks.
  • Execute administrative tasks such as scheduling, data archiving, legal document tracking and follow up, and CPE compliance tracking.
  • Maintain TAS marketing materials and deliverables through routine and ad hoc updates.
  • Monitor completeness and accuracy of TAS engagement/opportunity project information within Salesforce.
  • Support the TAS leadership team through the weekly and monthly preparation of TAS financial and metrics dashboard.
  • Provide constant communication and flash reporting for all tasks.
  • Support the planning and coordination of TAS teambuilding and social events.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the Private Equity operating model for purposes of understanding how sponsor and portfolio company relationships impact internal reporting and compliance procedures.
  • Review and maintain data quality and integrity of items input into Salesforce by PE Advisory Team Members.
  • Perform new project setup procedures via populating and/or transferring required information between Salesforce systems.
  • Perform and reconcile cross-serve reporting across CBIZ systems.
  • Perform and reconcile month-end reporting and metrics analyses using data from various sources.
  • Assist with preparation of PE Advisory quarterly newsletter.
  • Support recruiting efforts through coordination of the interview process and candidate tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree

  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adept at juggling multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • Must be reliable, independent, and self-motivated and yet a team player.
  • High level of maturity and professionalism.
  • Candidates must have a clear track record of excellence in several categories, including teamwork, professionalism, communication, organization, and client service.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Experience working in private equity or a professional services environment.
  • Experience working with financial metrics and data analyses.

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities

The estimated rate of pay for this job is $60,000-$77,000/year, which may vary based on education, experience, geographic location, or other job-related factors.
