Minimum Qualifications**

  • 5+ years of Program Management experience
  • 5+ years of working on technology-based projects
  • 3+ years working on projects utilizing Agile methodologies
  • Experience managing large and complex projects ($5million+)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with platform migrations and database projects
  • Experience delivering value streams with multiple dependencies
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Program and Portfolio leadership
  • Ability to build and deliver plans across value streams using integrated plans from other value streams
  • Experience applying technical, functional and customer expertise to solving business problems
  • Expertise in interfacing with end users, stakeholders and customers on a regular basis, and can proactively engage as needed

Compensation And Benefits

Salary: $106,600 - $146,700

As a Full-time RVCM employee, you can also expect these additional benefits:
