At Link Group we are transforming the service model for one of our clients. The purpose of this role is to identify the changes required across People, Process and Tools and to develop and deliver an effective change management strategy to migrate to the future state operating model. **

The Role We have an opportunity for a seasoned Change Manager to join the Link Group on a 12-month fixed term engagement. Reporting to the Client Program Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end program change to deliver on RSS Technology strategy, business growth and client outcomes. The role will be working with Project Managers to lead and, in some instances to be “hands-on” with internal and external communications, and business readiness activities required to adopt the change.

Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities** - Establish and maintain a change management capability which supports the project delivery process. - Nurturing agile ways of working with the Retirement and Superannuation Solution project team to embed an effective operating model. - Create and deliver a communication plan, considering the use of different types and combinations of channels to all effectively reach impacted stakeholders. - Work with stakeholders including Business Analysts and SME’s to understand business impacts and use this as the foundation for the impact assessment plan - Facilitate change management meetings with assigned working groups/representatives. - Facilitate hypercare to successfully embed change and manage change resistance. - Reporting – provide enterprise and client reporting within a regular and agreed timeframe. - Contribute to regular project status reporting. - Enhancing and extending our risk and controls framework to Change management practice.

Experience & Personal Attributes - Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Change Manager in project-based environments, preferably within a contact centre environment. - Strong leadership and change management capabilities. - Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including at Senior / Executive levels. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Commercial, risk aware and outcomes focused. - Ability to work across Link Group organisational boundaries and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver required outcomes. - Able to effectively work both autonomously and as part of a team. - Competent in agile delivery - Thought leadership skills with evidence supporting strong, proactive and productive working relationships.
