What will you be doing?**
The Modeling Leader will report to the Global Modeling and Implementations leader. As Modeling Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy by which we support changes, updates, and regular maintenance to our clients’ models, and you will manage the US and Global Operations Center (GOC) modelers supporting US models. You will build a strong technical understanding of how we build and make changes to our models and will help inform the direction and timing for new platform, tool, and process adoption. You can expect that your time will be comprised of internal meetings and leading the continuous improvement of the Client Change Request process, among others. You will build key relationships with our internal customers, namely in the Client Service organization, and will help ensure the modeling team hears the Voice of the Customer. It will be important for the Modeling Lead to communicate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner, and that they can distill dense information into the " _so what?".

This role will lead a team of 15 - 30 direct and indirect reports. **
Job Responsibilities**
- Manage and develop the talent of the modeling team
- Represent the modeling team’s perspective in cross-functional meetings
- Lead effective problem-solving with internal teams with confidence and high levels of collaboration
- Develop the strategy and drive the execution for the modeling team
- Develop and drive continuous improvement across modeling processes
- Build trusting relationships with client teams and cross-functional partners
- Stay informed of new products, strategic initiatives, and changing market dynamics to accurately forecast the demand for modeling services and make decisions on this fact-base
Requirements
- Leadership with 7+ years of relevant experience in CPG or Big Data
- A strong sense of curiosity and desire to quickly learn Circana-specific processes
- Working knowledge of Circana solutions preferred
- Ability to influence others through effective communications and fact-based messaging
- Flexibility of work schedule to cover night and weekend work when needed

_The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $153,000.
