What will you be doing?**

This role at Circana is working within our media team working across our larger FMCG and Retailer clients performing measurement, recommendations and program management. We are looking for an individual with either strong econometrics or a project management background to co-ordinate our media measurement program for a large well-known multi-country client. You will be part of a global team, working with both commercial and delivery teams across markets and projects, and be a key point of contact to the global client. **

Job Responsibilities**

  • Understand and help answer client’s key business challenges through the design of analytical media measurement projects
  • Measure the sales impact of various media activities (TV, Digital, Radio etc) for our biggest clients
  • Be accountable for weekly status and progress of each project across countries
  • Set up and lead governance both externally and internally; sharing best practices across countries and updating a global playbook
  • Support commercial and delivery teams so that projects are completed on time and to budget
  • Maintain templates and collating feedback on how to improve future projects
  • Strengthen our measurement capabilities by collaborating with Product and Data Science teams
  • Support commercial scoping discussions and clearly explain the robustness and benefits of our measurement capabilities
  • Adopt a consultative approach and provide best-in class client experience through thought-provoking and engaging client engagements
  • Support the building of an effectiveness culture within our client’s organisations

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5+ years’ experience in a data analytics role within the Media and/or Retail industry
  • Proven experience turning raw data into insights and actionable recommendations mandatory
  • Experience and understanding of Econometrics and MMM is desirable
  • Strong Project Management skills and demonstrated ability to keep multiple projects teams accountable for progress
  • Ability to unblock challenges and recommend ways forward.
  • Broad understanding of FMCG and Grocery Retail is desirable
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills – a concise storyteller able to present complex information in a clear and engaging way
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a natural aptitude to learn
  • Advanced understanding of basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); any other visualisation software would be a plus!
  • Fluency in any other Western European language(s) ( German/French/Italian) desired but not essential
