Looking for a springboard into medical sales? Medline ReNewal is currently hiring an Associate Sales Representative to help grow our territory spanning from Eugene, OR down to Medford, OR. **

Core Job Responsibilities:**

Provide Sales teams with technical and sales presentation support to help grow product categories, successful customer integration and the utilization of established products. Support division sales plan through pre-sales and/or post-sales collection and device education support.

  • Assist and prepare technical proposals on how Medline's products can meet customer needs and how they can be integrated and implemented with customer's systems and equipment.
  • Call on potential and existing customers, GPO, and IDNs within assigned territory (both independently and in collaboration with other Medline sales representatives) to expand or retain sales of product lines.
  • Analyze customer's device collection volume and product needs and incorporate staff education to increase collection compliance as appropriate.
  • Gather data and information on customers and participate in developing presentations relative to program and device collection education.
  • Conduct market research on new product ideas in order to develop product line expansion driving sales growth and device collection growth within existing market.
  • Assist and prepare customer systems/equipment needs plan to Medline teams to assure complete plan is feasible within cost, time, and environment constraints.

  • The anticipated salary for this position is $55,000 annually. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable salary.

Education**

  • Bachelor's degree.

Relevant Work Experience

  • At least 1 year sales or related experience. Basic skill level.
  • Experience developing presentations to various audience levels.

Additional

  • Willing to travel at least/up to 75% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
