You Are**

UST HealthProof is looking for an experienced HealthRules configuration analyst with experience in this platform. The ideal candidate should be an expert in leading Healthcare projects in the HealthRules configuration. Candidate should have good experience in defining the overall technical architecture for enterprise and customer HealthRules platforms. A good understanding of the Healthcare domain is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **

The Opportunity**

• Drive customer conversations to define the requirements and overall technical solutions for data and related applications
• Able to do a review of configurations done by other resources from UST & Client
• Create technical solutions, artifacts, work products, and presentation of solutions with the customer
• Review functional and technical requirements, raise potential issues, and participating actively in design discussions
• Collaborating with Customers and Product Marketing / Management teams to identify opportunities that can be exploited through great software features.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Senior Business Analysts, and other client stakeholders
• Working as a member of a design, build, and test agile team continuously releasing new features
• Assist other team members with complex issues related to their field of expertise
• Mentoring / Coaching Client technical team on HealthRules configuration
• Must be ready to take on additional roles and responsibilities to drive towards becoming a Configuration Lead

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. **

What You Need**

• Experienced in HealthRules Payer Configuration & Designer tools
• Experienced in solution designing and configuring
• Must have experience in at least two modules of HealthRules Payor (i.e., Benefits, Pricing, Claims)
• High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in HealthRules configuration

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST Healthproof provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below. **

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range:** $78,000-$118,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. **
