As an accounting financial reporting specialist II on the Reinsurance Accounting and Reporting team, you'll monitor and account for reinsurance products. You'll oversee changes, research and ensure compliance for accurate reinsurance financial reporting. You'll also update company accounting and reporting policies and procedures. In addition, you'll act as a mentor, directing workflow and reviewing responsibilities of lower-level financial reporting specialists on the team. **

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field of study (e.g. Finance) and a minimum of two years' of accounting work experience.
  • This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates.

Preferred Skills

  • Reinsurance accounting experience
  • Experience with quota share and XOL programs
  • Knowledge of Schedule F, footnotes, general interrogatories
  • Experience with SQL, VBA, or coding automation

Compensation

  • $58,100 - $77,400/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
